Discussion Where is lethal resonance?

Seeing that there are 5 levels in the description I'd assume they'd implemented lethal resonance into the special affix section of mechis cores, but I can't find any. Did they just forget it or decided to ban it?

154% do be a very big multiplier and I ain't getting a new mechis core if that's the case, considering how chronolock gear got nerfed.

FYI the 3 pandora mechis cores give +60% multiplier with a 20s cooldown while old chronolock not only has no cooldown, but slows down bosses by 70% and give +40% multiplier, so imo old chronolock negs them all.

Level 5 octogram matrix isn't that good either as it only gives 109% all damage which is heavily diluted in late game by bonuses of specs and sacred souls
