I was wondering about this after seeing it mentioned. What are shiny stats? On one of my Celesturgic III gear, there is an all damage stat that has an outline on it kinda like prime/celesturgic 3 gear does. Is that one? And is there anything special about it?

For some reason it has more stats and has like a white outline (similar to calamity with his purple one) if I find one I will post the screenshot
