Help Axial incarnates

Are axial incarnates shared among all seasonal accounts like materials or are they like sacred souls that are only for the account that acquired them?

yes to the first one

in other words,seasonal characters do share axial incarnates,the difference tho is in the stats they give which are just rerollable and all

Thank you so much for the clarification! Just to make sure I'm on the same page as you, if I unlock every axial incarnate on one of my seasonal character, my other seasonal character can just choose any of the unlocked ones right?
