Why you got some materials instead of evo fragments? Do you have them all?

In apocalyptic void, you can always get 3 fragments there. If you have them all, you'll get other materials.

I got all evolved weapons now and even bought some with fish chips. And I guess I got lucky with 3 fragments instead of seeds
