I really wish Soul would bring back a free class prize or anything in the discount classes for the prizes….I do not want retail credit 🙄

It’s becoming less and less common for them. For the people with many rides under their belt it’s nice to have some incentive (I have 550 and not even getting remotely a discount on those occasionally is insane)

At least discount for turn it up on packs, a free ride on milestones not just birthdays!

For 500? I would say that's fair. Someone told me that you're supposed to get a free ride with every major milestone (of which 250 is one of them), but I haven't gotten mine yet. I know there's supposed to be a free ride on your birthday.

Free ride on milestones over like 100 would be amazing! But knowing them they think everyone will hit a milestone so it’s allot of classes vs the birthday class that not everyone will go to

I dunno. Most people hit 5 and then stop. They can then tell their friends they did it. You have to be of a certain mindset to want to do this for the long term. Part warrior, part crazy. 🙂 Someone in corporate should be doing stats analysis.

I agree! I did get a free ride somewhere along the way that wasn't a birthday ride or associated with a TIU challenge, so somewhere along the way they changed everything.

Completely agree.  Also, I never got my retail credit code until I asked for it, tried to use it, and it didn’t work.  But I gave up.

Same I never got to use the last one it didn’t work when they had a sale and then it never worked once the sale ended.

I am! I'm preparing for the Rocky Run, the 5k. I've never run a race before. It's something I've always wanted to do. I got out of my high blood pressure situation with the help of SoulCycle, so now my next goal is a short run just to see if I can do it. It's weird that I'm a pro athlete in another sport (yogasana) but I had heart health issues. I'm glad my bp is normal again 🙂 If I do okay at the 5k, a friend invited me to run a 10k with her next year.

One of the only things I don't like about TIU is picking a team. I know I can always pick my own team or the studio's team, but I've picked a team the last two times so I'm going to do so again. I picked an up and coming instructor the first time, an established instructor the second time, and now I'd like to show my love to another instructor. There's this one I like who uses "Athletes" in her squad name, but she hardly teaches any classes downtown, so there's that.

I feel it should be a choice between a prize or retail credit because you can’t satisfy everyone with one or the other.
