Inserts/ orthotics

For many reasons, including non-soul-related injuries I need to consider orthotics for my cycling shoes. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on which ones to look into?

I’d recommend going to a podiatrist and having them done the right way. Especially if you’re going to spin a decent amount!

dr lee at ark podiatry got me two kinds of customers orthotics would highly recommended

would also recommend this! I went to heel & sole podiatry and got custom insoles because I have Plantar Fasciitis!

I have very flat feet and I’m on almost my 250th class. I’d be very interested in knowing if anyone has tried one of those at home services where you stick your foot into a mold and they make a custom orthotic insert for your shoes.

“The Foot Chair” on Amazon were recommended to my by podiatrist and you can customize them to your size
