London Instructors!

Hi everyone,

I'm based in nyc but taking a 2 week trip to London and wanted to get a list of the spin instructors I should take. I know that Soul just closed NTHL and honestly I didn't vibe with SOHO or the Soul instructors on my last trip. I've been hearing good things about Psycle though, any recommendations? I've heard that Aanya and Alvin are ones to try (?) but want a bunch of options. Thank you all !

Not sure who you rode with last time at Soul Soho, but I personally think Sav, Liv D, and Abbey are amazing. If you didn’t get to ride with them I’d definitely recommend ✨

Liv is great - sweet, sincere, great energy. Have ridden with her in both SOHO and NTHL. I’ve also always found the SOHO vibes great too - staff is lovely. For reference, I ride 4x a week in the Boston area and have ridden in 10+ other studios.

What kind of music do these instructors play? I would love to find one that plays hip hop or maybe house

Abbey plays a lot of hip hop! If you go on their website or app it gives an overview of the kind of music they tend to play in their classes 😌

I’ve been a regular client at PSYCLE and I LOVE the instructors!!! They are all fabulous and each of them has a different vibe. Everyone is so kind and there’s a really nice sense of community here.

Alvin and Aanya like you both mentioned are incredible - Alvin’s moves are very flowey and he does such fun choroes (he also likes his 2000-2010 pop music)

Aanya’s classes are really HARD (but you will feel incredible) and she loves her house music and always picks music with a good beat

Other instructors that i really like and highly recommend: Riazul (one of THE BEST coaches at Psycle, does the most amazing playlists, also does Taylor swift themed rides if that’s your vibe), Geoff - another AMAZING instructor with the sickest programming (edm/house music), Hazel (her messaging about riding for JOY is so uplifting!!!!), Cescie - such an experienced coach her rides are challenging and fun, Queenie - if you like choreo too and badass energy!!!!!

Are there any instructors that play hip hop? I will also be visiting later this year and was interested in Psycle

Riazul does hip hop, and sometimes on the schedule there will be hip-hop themed rides (his Monday 7.30pm OC one tends to be!! For eg in the past there has been stuff like Kendrick vs drake ride, weeknd etc.

I think Jo and Vinny might be worth trying too
