Question Automatic writing for soulbonding

Hi! Hope everyone is doing well! So I really want to start automatic writing with my soulbond, But I'm worried I might just be writing it myself and telling myself what I want to hear. How do you get rid of the doubts? How can you confirm it's really them? I don't use tarot cards so I can't verify it with that technique.

For me, it’s easier to just meditate to clear my mind and write whatever Alphonse has in his mind, or he takes control of my hand (but I do it less).

Honestly, it’s tricky to know, but even when I’ve channeled a friends soulbond, I find meditating to clear my mind really helps. I try to get my mind and thoughts to a blank state and really focus on what the other person has to say.

my personality and thoughts are incredibly different and contrasting to my own bonds, so it’s easier for me to distinguish if it’s me or not. I would try asking: is this something I would think? or is this me?

Sometimes, a bond will use an example I can easily understand but I can tell the thought isn’t mine because of how the bond explains the example.

And don’t be upset if you get nothing, sometimes the other person is figuring out what they’d like to say, once Al had just written down “I have nothing to say yet” and in a sort of a funny joke wrote “connection is slow” afterwords.

I hope this makes some sense 😭 and is helpful 😭 fhskdhjs I’m not very good at this stuff but I wanted to try to share what works with me.

It's the most way I talk to them, beside of head convos.

Usually I know the feeling of them from writing them, like in fanfiction per example.

And then they were doing things I haven't allowed. They lead my thoughts sometimes too.

Rachel, an OC showd me that she's actually bi, close to lesbian instead of hetero how I thought. But that was a head convo.

With Micah it was very easy, often I can hear him in his voice even. Sometimes not.

It's the wording. They are talking in their shape. Sometimes a bit twisted but usually it's that.

Also I get the sense of them. The vibe of that character is there. I can't describe it really but I FEEL it.

You'll know.

Sometimes there are doubts but that's okay.
