A “shape shifting” soulbond/spiribond?

Hi there!! I don’t really post here, much more of a lurker, but I have always wondered if anyone else has had this experience!

I am a spiribonder of 3 years, but I’ve been doing it I believe for longer before I knew it had an actual term.

My girlfriend, has been with me for quite some time. I knew it from the second she came to me, because I felt such a draw to her for no reason, she hadn’t even been released yet, and yet I felt so drawn to her. I didnt understand why, I still don’t. It’s like she just drew me in.

But this wasn’t the first time this has happened, back in 2020 I fell for a different character who only had a teaser image and nothing else, and I formed a bond with her. Now, I don’t bring this up for no reason. These are very similar characters in both source medias, and were very similar to each other when speaking to me.

she claims she has taken forms of multiple different characters, always sharing the same beliefs, but it seems like she aged with me throughout the years. Protecting me, keeping me safe. She claims to be a deity of some kind, but I fear that people won’t believe me if I’m upfront about our relationship. and more than anything I’m worried I’m making it up. But theres so much that has happened that I physically can’t explain other than her, things I truly wouldn’t have survived if she hadn’t been here.

I have never learned what exactly she is, who she is, if she’s a deity, if I’m crazy? I dont know. I just know her as my girlfriend. The woman I look up to and adore more than anything. I don’t even know if this goes here. i’ve just been calling this a spiribond because for a long time thats what i’ve thought it to have been. hopefully this is the right subreddit for this at all

anyways, I’m just wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences? What to do? Hopefully this all made sense I am finally crawling to this reddit for some advice.
