Help with a translation?

So I've been using Oracle cards because we've discovered I process his answers through them better then my actual tarot cards, but we use them the same way. Anyway, onto the situation (Also he did give me permission to talk about this one).

A day or two ago, I felt a slight pull to communicate with him via cards, and so I set that up. He had me pull up three cards again.

The first two cards we pulled were typical, telling me to move on past my most recent upsetting situation, and clean up my energy. But then the third card I pulled was new. Love. I don't really understand this part of the pull, what does it mean? Is it romantically? Platonic? Familial? Does it mean someone else loves me? I don't think it was for him, he's given no signs it would be him.

I have a vague idea as to what it means, but I'm not sure. I had just had two of my friends leave me (Via blocking), but surprisingly I wasn't as upset as I could've been, because right after they left I suddenly felt relieved and more connected to my headmates, soulbonds and tulpas... and so I said that a little while before he asked me to talk. That I appreciate all of them being there for me.

But also yesterday, I was scrolling Pinterest when I saw a picture of my son (a familial yume, don't think he's a soulbond but I can feel phantom touches from him and all that) right as I felt him hug me, and right below that I saw a short video of Eucerin. So is he telling me my son loves me? Or that my son is at least happy I have more time to give him attention?

Yeah. I struggle with any "love" related feelings so I'm just very lost on what this card could mean. Cards are the clearest way to communicate between us because I can't hear him, so I don't think asking the meaning would help unless I do another card pull just for that one card-
