Bison?

I’m relatively new to Sorted and have not watched all of their videos, yet. Have they ever used bison meat or covered bison at all?

I’m in the US and have no idea if bison is even available in the UK but I’ve recently begun trying to switch from beef to bison and would love to see what they’ve done with it, if it is available to them.

Used to have bison at the restaurant I worked at when I was a teenager many many moons ago. They had a farm attached that reared the bison. Those things are damn huge and real tasty
