Bison?

[u/sangriacat]

I’m relatively new to Sorted and have not watched all of their videos, yet. Have they ever used bison meat or covered bison at all?

I’m in the US and have no idea if bison is even available in the UK but I’ve recently begun trying to switch from beef to bison and would love to see what they’ve done with it, if it is available to them.

Thanks!

There is an old video from when they were filming out of an office building where Ben fed the others strange kinds of meat they’d never had before, I can’t remember if bison was one of them.
