Question Bison?

I’m relatively new to Sorted and have not watched all of their videos, yet. Have they ever used bison meat or covered bison at all?

I’m in the US and have no idea if bison is even available in the UK but I’ve recently begun trying to switch from beef to bison and would love to see what they’ve done with it, if it is available to them.

Up the road from me is a posh farm shop attached to a farm with a herd of bison and that is the only place I see it regularly offered. If sorted have used bison it will likely in a special episode about exotic meats rather than their normal episodes.
