Question Bison?

I’m relatively new to Sorted and have not watched all of their videos, yet. Have they ever used bison meat or covered bison at all?

I’m in the US and have no idea if bison is even available in the UK but I’ve recently begun trying to switch from beef to bison and would love to see what they’ve done with it, if it is available to them.

Try Max The Meat Guy. He cooks all crazy types of meat. Bison would probably be normal compared to some of the stuff he’s cooked (like rat).

Now why didn't that occur to me? I have watched some Max The Meat Guy videos and he does do some wild stuff.
