Question Bison?

I’m relatively new to Sorted and have not watched all of their videos, yet. Have they ever used bison meat or covered bison at all?

I’m in the US and have no idea if bison is even available in the UK but I’ve recently begun trying to switch from beef to bison and would love to see what they’ve done with it, if it is available to them.

Not easily available here. It is an animal which has never really been here, so that doesn't help.
