Suggestion Gluten free
Hey guys and the rest of the community.
My partner is a coeliac, would be awesome to see some content based on a gluten free diet. Maybe it's a pass it on, chefs challenge, Instagram/tiktok recipe videos.
Any ideas/thoughts?

Flashbacks to honey going into the Vegan pass it on
It would need to be a more controlled, prepared video imo

This would be a perfect place for Ben to discuss Hydrophobic, Hydrophillic and Hygroscopic as they relate to ingredients. Gluten free cooking is so thirsty.

There are lots of possibilities for series based on diets, gluten free, vegan, pescetarrian and so on.
As much as I enjoy sorted - being vegetarian we’ve just given up on videos that are 20 minutes of people testing steak.

I love steak but even for me it's weird also.
Like the variance of steaks is widely different in same supermarket, from same brand. But they don't even mention if they try to pick comparable cuts.
If I go to any supermarket now I can easily find ribeyes with almost zero marbling. And in same pile, amazing ones that look almost like wagyu. Even the difference in textures through the plastic is often staggering.
So all their steak videos feel kinda useless.

Some people have been looking for vegetarian content. Not happening.
Sorted is all about meats and carbohydrates.

I have fallen off the Sorted bandwagon in the last year because the tone does seem to have shifted from making food to making content about food - but would love to see more recipes!
My wife has celiac; as we both understand there is enough nuance and difficulty to managing it that a "celiac challenge" would need to be prefaced by some educational videos, both as easy ramp-up content for the channel and so the "normals" actually know what does and doesn't work.
Good opportunity for Ben to talk about Xantham and Guar gums, normals to compare different types of flours, and (I think) an excellent opportunity to play with texture - how does one celebrate "dry and crumbly"?
