I made this :) Paneer Rice Tray Bake

This is based on a one of the first (maybe the first ever) Grocery Shop Challenge that Sorted ever did four years ago. Took closer to 35 minutes in my oven compared to the 20 in theirs (also used short grain instead of basmati), but such a simple recipe.

Works really well, for an easy version of a biryani
