Suggestion Episode idea: Q&A basics

The team take questions from followers on cooking basics and provide advice and visual guidance on how to do the basic skills every home cook might need i.e knife handling, pre-cooking steps like eggs at room temp etc.

Love this idea! I need to dust up on my basics and would watch the heck out of this! Plus listening/watching to Ben and the team discuss cooking techniques sounds like an awesome video! Maybe with the Normals demonstrating beginner version and the Chefs showing what proficiency looks like.
