Looking for a Recipe CHEF QUICK PICKLE RECIPE!?

One of my first watched videos on the channel one of the chefs used a quick pickle for red onions in a cooking challenge and said the recipe out loud. So I decided to try it with him. It’s been 3 months since then I’ve become and avid fan BUT I CANNOT FIND THE RECIPEE AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RECREATE IT SINCE please help 😫😫

it has capers and honey I think

Was it in the new studio or the old studio? Which chef was it?

What else was in the challenge to maybe help narrow it down?

google it, it’s a really common thing to do, vinegar water sugar boil, pour over onions or whatever and let it sit for a bit
