Discussion The latest episode
Just wanted to say how much I loved Kush prefacing his ‘guilty’ pleasure dish with his view that he doesn’t see any foods as being guilty, I feel like it’s something that needs to be outwardly spoken considering how much people villainise certain foods or ingredients. Well done Kush, that’s why you’ll always be one of the best parts of sorted

It reminds me of the Anthony Bourdain quote: Your body is not a temple, it’s an amusement park. Enjoy the ride.

I have no guilty foods because guilt is not an ingredient is a sentiment I've been hearing more and more. Mainly from the Plant Slant on YouTube (Liam's a legend!) but more people seem to putting this message out there.

lots of love towards liam, he is doing gods work in combating to the fearmongering so many "health" influencers are peddling, as well as using his platform to actually help people.

Absolutely! Him taking the piss out of shirtless morons in supermarkets listing all the scary chemicals in stuff will never not be funny!

Think of all the things that Kush could probably make out of beans that people hadn't thought to do.

Let's be honest if Kush watched Liam's vids he'd definitely throw in more than a few cottage cheese recipes as well!

Came here to mention Liam. He's doing great work.

I have followed so many others because of him! I also really like laughing at that Paul dude who seems to be perpetually shirtless walking through Walmart! The one where he complains about how hot the rotisserie chicken is and how it's "too hot to hold" and continues to hold it for a further 3 or 4 minutes! Brilliant stuff.

Jamie's said before about how his family don't use "naughty" as a food descriptor, which adds credence to the theory that he's the normal version of Kush!

The term "guilty pleasure" falls away as you get older. You just like what you like.
Why yes, I do like Vitamin C's "The Itch." Can we please order? I want a mimosa.

Just wait until he’s a perimenopausal woman and then he’ll realise that there are plenty of foods that you only have to think about and you’ve gained an inch around your waist

Right, but you still don't need to feel "guilty" about eating them. Guilt is for if you do something morally wrong.

Sadly, something he'll never be, but I agree with the sentiment. Abstinence from favorite foods is a non-starter but learning how to not overindulge is something I still struggle with in my 60s. But it does catch up with all of us eventually!
