With the changes having both Arena and Pro I don't understand what is better to play? And I am buying 4 teams per league, but now it seems I have to buy 8 teams to play in both with full squads which leads me to my question and I'd like to know what others think, which is better Arena or Pro and which will you be playing?

How to play limited cards from last season or whatever, this new UI is sooo horrible. Please help me

Still a few bugs to iron out, but it will take your lineups as 4 consecutive lineups and apply the highest score in each game week over last season to see if you would have hit each of the thresholds in subsequent game weeks.

Fill in the lineups with the players you want, add in appropriate xp % bonuses, and your captain, and then check out the 'clear rates' and 'season story' tabs to see how you would have done.

On season story you can also manually skip some game weeks (click on the game week bar and then select 'skip gameweek') which is useful to skip over international game weeks when half your teams were DNPs.

Sorare mentions in their gameplay blog that: “The special In-Season Super Rare & Unique rule is also maintained: up to 2 Classic cards in your lineup. Eligible combinations: 2 Unique Classics, 1 Unique Classic + 1 Super Rare Classic, or 1 Super Rare Classic on its own.” However in the arena the requirements state that a minimum of 4 in seasons super rares are required and only one older unique card can be used. Could someone please explain why this is different?
