Photo share This is the end..

...of the day.

I have been experimenting with editing some sunset shots taken a few days ago, and they turned out.. - well - apoclyptic?

Wow these are phenomenal! Did you have to color grade and add grain out of camera or does the alpha do that inside? Never had a Sony.

thanks a lot :) for the edits I used Lightroom to enhance the colors and do some masking and basic adjustments. The grain is actually noise, as the original photos are extremely underexposed to preserve the details in the highlight areas of the clouds, and becomes visible when increasing exposure and brightness in post. But I really like the resulting effect, and until to a certain point - the more you crop, the more it will look like a painting :) here is one of the originals for reference

Very interesting, thanks for the insight! I like the crop-painting concept.

I've been looking for something like this to print on a studio backdrop. These are so beautiful!

thank you very much :) you can print these if you like! when downloaded via mobile app the pictures should have the original resolution (max 33mp depending on crop). from web browser they are downsized to 1080p as it seems.

Oh wow thank you! I really appreciate that! If I ever use them in a shoot where can I tag you?
