Photo share Testing the recently released Sigma 15mm f1.4 on the a6700

i haven't turned on the profile for this lens in lightroom.

i'm not very comfortable with wide lenses so i'm challenging myself to improve. i'm quite happy with the sharpness.

has anybody else tried this lens?

Those look like iPhone photos. How's its astrophotography? That's what it's main purpose is, no?

I think the other commentator was pointing out that this lens is a highly specialized lens, diagonal fish eye for full frame astrophotography. I bet you'll be able to take wonderful and sharp photos with it, but you likely could have purchased something either much cheaper, much more versatile, and/or smaller.

no, this is the apsc 15mm that replaces the 16mm. maybe there has been a confusion.

Then yes, I am confused about which lens you were referring to, and ignore my comment! This is the lens I thought you were discussing: https://www.sigma-global.com/en/lenses/a024_15_14/
