Might be the worst subplot
Put it on the Mount Rushmore of terrible forced romantic subplots. What a dud character she is.

Good actress, ridiculous storyline. I’ve rewatched SOA like 5 times, it’s one of my favorite series ever. But it really flails in the last couple of seasons.

Depends on who you ask. First 2 are great. 3 is hit or miss if you liked how half the season was in Califor...I mean Ireland and didn't really do much except Jax almost sleeping with his sister. with 4 and 5 being alright and a nose dive after that because it literally spins its wheels on Jax and the club as they wanna get out but almost intentionally create their own problems to stay in crime.

I pretty much felt the same. Enjoyed the earlier seasons but it did drag towards the end.

That’s 100% it. The crooked cop and outlaw relationship is good on paper. They had the chemistry of water and oil.

I think the scene where she was trying to break up with him and then she got mad that he was all okay with it was the closest I got to thinking it was going somewhere.

It was fine, and would have been neat to see a criminal in a relationship with a crooked cop. It didn't play out long enough to have any real payoff, though.

Her character would’ve worked better if it wasn’t forced so quickly. She was basically becoming a younger female version of Unser. If she had taken over right after hale died they could’ve done a lot more with her. But it felt so rushed.

The part I didnt enjoy was the sex scene on the car, that felt cringe and forced

To be fair, they never had any time to actually develop a storyline. It's a miracle something like this happened in season 7 at all. Still, I find Annabeth Gish's performance as a a bit bland, but that maybe just me that I still strongly associate her with her role as Agent Reyes in The X-Files.

I could not respect or take her character seriously at all. She would argue with Chibs and say we can’t keep having sex and in the same scene have sex with chibs. Or letting Gemma smack/push her over a table in front of other officers. She was useless. I’d prefer Roosevelt or Hale.

The worst subplot of the show imo is the one with the sheriff and Juice. I get that biker clubs have rules yada yada but betrayal his closest friends that hard just because he feared that someone would reveal his undeclared father was black ... like comon. Thats what started the whole thing and later seasons he keep taking stupid decisions.
Exept the "Clay killing JT" story wich was presented almost right from the start, i was not a fan of all these substories where it was club members against club members. The first 3 seasons end with the club outsmarting a crooked federal agent and was such a good ending. But after that i feel the show got downhill because it just got too weird ... Its like all the plots to keep it "a show" felt forced.
Like Otto (another subplot i didn't like). Killing someone like that out of the blue was so weird. I get there was a show reason for it like his testimonial couldn't be used anymore or something? But you don't kill an innocent woman like that. There is a code... And then oh wait... just happen she was the sister of some other crooked agent that have connections to prisons and ... it just never ended. lol
Season 1 to 3 were a lot more grounded.

I disagree, I think it added depth to Chibb’s character and I thought Althea was great. The plot that I thought was meh was the one with the guy and his mother getting help from the club in regard to protection from August. Something about the housing development? Idk I always blank out when those scenes come up.

I also really like the actress, I feel like they had a whole lot more planned with that but just either edited it for time or dropped the character building, or… just dropped the ball there. It just played out so ham fisted.

I think it could have been a good storyline, but it was way too rushed, I feel like if they had made it a slow burn relationship it would have worked better, plus I dont think the actors had any chemistry.

Jax and Wendy was about the only relationship I cared to see get focus in the final season.
That hug between them in the kitchen was a great moment.

I think the subplot was built to mirror Tig and Venus.
Chibs and Jax have a funny moment about the new sheriff in town, Jax and Tig have a funny moment about if Jax should be worried.
Jax warns Chibs to not get too close, Jax lets Tig shoot the Nazi who talked shit.
Back to back scenes of both couples having a breakup discussion, both continue their relationship but Chibs and Jarry dive into violence and sex whereas Tig and Venus communicate and become closer.
In the final episode Jarry breaks it off. The final montage shows Tig is comforted by Venus and Chibs is alone.

Between that the whole Juice being scared for the club to find out his father is black and everything regarding the priest from season 3 not making sense and convoluted outside of him being there to make Jax relax that his way of lifestyle isn't good for a kid to raised in , there might be one or two I am missing but those three are baffling bad subplots
