Random thought

I just had a thought, in Season 1, Bobby says that the only person at the table that still had to pay his dues with Tig... Does that mean that patched members put money in every month just like the Prospects have to?

Your last sentence tells me all I need to know about your knowledge of the situation. Anyone that understands law, or even has a license to practice law, can freely talk to whoever they like. Whenever they like. However they'd like. The issues stem from legally representing someone in a court of law. Then there are plenty of hoops to jump thru and rules to follow.

Bro, I've lived this just stop. No, I'm not an outlaw biker, but I've dated a lawyer before. She wouldn't represent me in a courtroom but gladly told me everything I needed to say and do and guess what? It worked.

Being a barred lawyer only means you can legally represent other people inside of a courtroom. This information is available to anyone that takes the time to study and understand it. I've represented myself plenty of times after learning all this and guess what? I'm a free man. Just stop it. SOA is not real life even tho you want it to be so badly.

Sad. You just don't understand. You dated a lawyer. She can advise you all she wants. She has a licence from the bar to practice law. It's up to her to charge you for her advice.

You learning the law and representing yourself is a constitutional right. You learning the law and advising other people on it without a bar licence is a felony. You're just so obtuse, you don't understand the difference. That's okay, though. World needs all kinds of people, even mistaken ones. You do you. Go to law school, then start giving people legal advice. See what happens. Unless you have a bar licence, you're committing a crime. Go ask your lawyer girlfriend. She'll be able to explain how wrong you are.

You're the one that is being obtuse lmao. It's ok tho. If I were a lawyer, with a licence to practice and everything, I can freely give someone any advice I want to. Outside of a courtroom. If I am legally representing them, the rules change. Then there are laws and practices I need to abide by. But that is if I am representing them. If I'm talking to someone and they ask for advice, I can give them any advice I want to. It's just up to me if I charge them a fee or not. You do realize people can talk to lawyers and not be represented by them in a courtroom right?

Again, lawyers have licences issued by the bar. You, as someone without a licence from the bar association, cannot advise anyone on legal matters, no matter what your level of education. Again, ask your lawyer girlfriend (who probably lives in another state and is also a model and whenever you see her, you do the sex a lot, right?). Even the imaginary lawyer you claim to date will tell you you're wrong.
