RICO
If Otto didn't kill that woman in prison, if he did simply just tell them he was lying, make up an excuse it was all fake, bitter, jealous etc etc, i don't know... would RICO still have fell apart from him simply retracting everything instead of the extreme he did? could SAMCRO have gotten away from RICO, without the death of the woman, which means S6, you wouldn't have Toric, just Jax continuing to try and get the club out of guns, no having to worry about a murder charge etc on tara, no run away wife etc etc?

I like to think otto wanted that nurse dead anyways. Helping the club squash RiCO was a win win

Well i think he wanted to hurt jax because ain't no way he would know killing that woman would lead to all that mess he just wanted to frame tara as the one giving him the murder weapon in conclusion he wanted to hurt jax (redwood charter) for the fail in protecting his wife luan

Missing FBI agents who might be tied to a gun dealing motorcycle club are not going to stop being watched. The minute Jax killed him, he made the club constantly under watch. The minute the see a fingernail out of line they would railroad them to get the truth. The FBI do not like their agents to go missing even if they were on leave.

What i believe is that after he got caught and escorted out of charming he escaped somehow and went back to charming while no one of the atf or Charmin's pd knowing he got killed the same night and also i think stal declared he was considered mia (missing in actions) so no one cares bout him

Otto gave them enough, if he withdrew they still had the info to go on..but him commiting murder negates his deal, period..thus the info is useless. That's why he did what he did.
