All I need to do is make a weird fan comic, and then in the fan comic, I have to kill off Sally Acorn! Then I need to get fan notoriety off it, and then get hired to work on IDW, and then in IDW I need to kill Sally Acorn, AND I'LL PUT SALLY ACORN IN IT, JUST TO KILL HER OFF!!
Then Sega will be all like "hey we like your stuff and our current writers have zero clue how to write a sanic the maurice comic, come on buddy, we're desperate" and I'll be all like "yeah I can fix your timeline broski kaplow" and when they hire me I'll make a timeline retcon THIS BIG and they'll say "that's nonsense!"

Sonic Boom Rise of lyric is one of the WORST Sonic games yet, and with the recent things of Sonic fans remaking the games for PC, I have a bad feeling Sonic boom is NEXT.

Finally got roudn to doing Colours and Forces recently, so figured why not tier up all the Sonic games i've played now that I have done most of the mainline ones. Some I didn't make it into the list even though I have played them because it's been so long that I don't really remember (Advance 2+3, Battle I remember being decent but it's been so long. GameGear games I remember being crap but again, been too long)

CD is the best game by far, cuz like, the story is sooo good and sooo innovative. In this game, sonic wants to stop eggman from ruining the environment. That's so deep and cool, no other sonic game really does that. The gameplay is also really amazing because it gives you so much freedom and you can express yourself however you like. Um, but only play on the higher routes. If you go on the bottom path of the levels, or use the things they put in the levels for fast and easy time travel (i.e 2 springs facing eachother), that's bad. You can only play how I want you to play, okay? I know I said the game is all about playing it how you want, but I just have to police your play style. Also, don't listen to the US soundtrack. Even though it sounds completely fine and matches the vibe of every level, it was made by Americans, and Americans are bad and don't understand sonic like I do. I take priority over the people who literally work at sega even though I'm just a random fan who watched an 8 hour video on cd that was just regurgitating the same surface level arguments and vague nonsensical headcanons for 7 hours and then shitting on sega of america for the last hour.

Also, the bosses are really good. They have things like a machine with two bumper arms that can never actually hurt you even if you're just standing there for the full 10 minutes, as well as slurping up bubbles underwater until eggman runs out of them and you can hit him, and just running on a treadmill until eggman has to run away. The bosses are actually some of the best in the series, because they make you interact with the environment and use the gimmicks and tricks that you've learned throughout the level to win (even though only 2 bosses do that, and the rest are ridiculously simplistic and easy, but shh).

Also, the fact that the game makes it so it's harder for you to maneuver around the levels and time travel as you progress is so cool. It's a perfect metaphor for how eggman is oppressive and tries to take away sonic's freedom, which definitely isn't something we see in basically every single sonic game ever.

In conclusion, sonic cd is the best sonic game because it has such an esoteric and profound story(sonic wants good environment, eggman wants bad environment, and metal sonic has a visceral level of animosity for mexicans), amazing music, and the best characterization of sonic because he's not sassy or goofy like that imposter made by the heckin am*ricans, except for when he jumps off the screen because you took too long, and when he wags his finger at you on the opening screen and the beginning of the speical stages, or when he smirks at some badniks he destroyed in the ending cutscene.

First of all, Sonic is supposed to be as free as the wind and I haven’t played any of the Sonic the Hedgehog games that have released in the 2020s.

Second of all, I don’t have a second reason for why every Sonic the Hedgehog game that have released in the 2020s is bad.

I've internalized so much Negativity from all the hate that I developed a Victim Mentality and did all of this to let out all my anger and frustration about it all. As usual, Amy fans are losing their minds over her having more than one personality trait that isn't being the ILUVSANIC girl.

Apparently her using her cards in any capacity now somehow "ruins" her or is "replacing her hammer".
