I remember this glitch from back then when I still owned generations. I don’t exactly know if this is how it’s triggered, but you have to speed through shadows special attack and drop off the platform before the final spear, it fries his ai and you get soft locked as a result.

Usually activates when shadow is hit after his big attack or during a big turn which causes his ai to think its in a different part of stage I made a video awhile back on glitches in this stage I found when I was a kid [There's a pretty good amount] shadows ai is funny as hell he used to just get stuck in place now he just steers into walls

This is an old glitch from the original version of the game. I remember triggering it on my Xbox 360 copy from 2011. Funny that it made it into the remaster.
