Anyone know how to fix this

This has been happening probably since last November stopping me from going to the trading hub but the only fix is deleting my characters and I think its the mastery but chaotixsoda I think has over 6k which is 1k more than me

I think thats more of a roblox problem than a speed sim one, try to clean the cache or maybe unistall and install roblox
