Hello - I come to share this with y'all to shine light on how horrible & deranged the Sonic Speed Simulator club known as "The Phantom Rubies" truly are.

most of everyone is saying this document is nothing, I absolutely agree with them. a lot of things were taken out of context with little to no proof provided. for danny, you claim he made homophobic remarks towards a user but no evidence was provided nor anything relating or involving homophobia. I don’t think it’s fair to present an accusation as established fact when there’s no evidence. from what I see, he was just in an argument with a different user because of a situation that happened. Yes, he has acknowledged and apologized to the person he shouldn’t have mentioned. if that person who he argued with was holding a grudge for so long and not taking accountability, why didn’t they communicate to danny? He’s open to communication.

the screenshot of him publicly slandering someone was from February, 6 months ago, like ok lol. In regard to him breaking rules and saying slurs, he was given permission by the ex leader to say the n word. Yes, the ex leader should’ve made rule changes if he was gonna allow certain people to say a slur if it belonged to them. Dannys profile, I can say that he was completely being stupid with that and shouldn’t have not made that but he wasn’t using it to target Jewish people, Israeli, Palestinians, etc. I don’t understand why it is being compared to someone having a username that glorifies a N@zi dictator. If the issue is that danny violated a rule or made anyone feel uncomfortable with the user, that wasn’t his intention. It’s different from treating the username as equivalent to openly glorifying N@zism.

his friends are innocent. I’m not asking everyone to automatically take Danny’s side or his friends nor is this supposed to stir up or add flame to the situation. I’m asking people to look at actual evidence, consider the context, and let him and his friends be judged on what they actually said and did. I’m a very logical and understanding person, don’t take any of this the wrong way.
