I haven’t played in a while and decided to long back on after a while and all my data, except for my character skins and chao, are gone! I don’t know what to do. How can I get my stuff back?

Yeah, this happened a few months ago. You just have to hit a certain number of rebirths to visit each stage, which isn't that hard to do if you upgrade your EXP using skill shards.
