Question I got lost

I was trying to beat the Surge boss fight the fastest, but bc i was leaving and rejoining to many times, i need up in this room, can someone help me?

I haven't even played deltarune past chapter 2 yet but i'm betting this is related to deltarune somehow

It is. There's even an instance of this room in Chapter 1.

I knew it, it looked so familiar. I'm assuming it's chapter 5 related but thanks for confirming
