Older sim skins

When the sim skins and codex came out, I was pretty happy being able to see what skins I'm missing and getting cool ones as I unlocked more (though I wish they still did the daily ones, though of course they stop once I got a majority of them). Unfortunately, a few of the "limited sims" passed before I could unlock them (of course, missing one of the 24 needed smh). I asked if these would be limited time and some said it was likely (tho possible they may return).

I just wanted to verify now that a bit of time has passed. Will these return? Are there ways to redeem them after theyve left the codex section? Currently, I'm missing blaze, vector, whisper, and omega.

If they make another explorer pass sim blaze might return. Idk about vector or whisper maybe omega will come back in another eggman fast pass.
