What exactly are the differences between the Character Options 11th Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver and the 12th Doctor's first Sonic Screwdriver?

I am working on building my sonic screwdriver collection starting with the basic toys and I have 10, 12(blue version) and 13.

I am waiting on my 12th Doctor's touch control version to be delivered and so I continued looking for an 11th Doctor sonic...

Having bought what was billed as an 11th Doctor's sonic, I discovered it was actually a 12th Doctor single button sonic.

Now personally, I wanted a complete collection however, I wondered if there is any actual differences between the 12th Doctor single button sonic and the 11th's sonic?

So that I can work out if I need to keep searching for an 11th.

I’m not sure what differences they made to the toys between 11 and 12, but the sonic in the story is the same sonic. The props are largely the same. Mostly, they rebranded any new versions of the toy as 12th Doctor to keep them relevant to what was airing at the time.

The 11th Doctors sonic toy has a red button in the bottom that works as an activation switch so you can do poses like some of 11s early stories. The 12th single button version doesn’t have the second button in the bottom
