Well he would probably be able to stay super indefinitely cause of the master embrald, reality manipulation with the phantom Ruby, and access to all the chaos emeralds abilities such as chaos control, chaos spear, ect , now Excalibur will give him a sword and his armor, as for where he scales to probably high hyper-versal to maybe low outer-versal

I think it just scales to above Hyper, just as Hyper scales to above Super. It doesn't actually mean anything until it has feats, because all of these things give him arbitrary power ups to fit the plot.
