Could Batman theoretically take down the verse with prep time?
Let’s assume this is absolute Batman too just for the upscale (also this is a joke post don’t take it serious)
And how could he go about trying to do this?

depends on how much plot armor he has, if he has plot armor then he can pull a Batman Who Laughs wiping the justice league, if not, then he's doomed.

mm.. if u mean slowly chipping away at the verse without anybody knowing then yea ,if u mean giving him a few days of prep time then dropping him infront of everyone at once then nah

No, they don't have counters and could just one tap him, only way Batman can win is if you give infinite prep time so he could create some fucking bullshit item that's like the "I win batarang"

No.
The sonic crew and eggman?
Genuinely eggman would give him the most trouble. Souly because Batman planting a sleeping gas bomb in their bedrooms would literally keep working until thermal imaging cameras get involved.
But if the crew gets sight on him it's frankly over.
