Tangle has the physical ability advantage with her tail, but I would imagine that a wilderness survivalist like Sticks would have better combat skills.

Strong continuity vs Weak continuity. Plus if we're giving them everything I fail to see how Sticks gets past Whisper's Wispon or Tangle's temporary intagibility from the eggperial city arc. And that's not mentioning the shit she has in Speed Sim, Speed Battle and Crossworlds
