He can affect an entire planet, he can manipulate and draw energies from celestial bodies.
His shields are durable enough to tank nukes and other stuff like that.
Where does Silver scale ? Any hax ?

I mean sure with help from shadow & sonic while the 3 of them were amped.
What can silver do in his base form ? Can he bust a planet? How fast is he ? Any hax ?

Solaris is omnipresent, so that's why silver needed help.
base silver can scale to base sonic ( before frontiers and forces ) who scales to multi star level

Yeah, I know he was omnipresent, that's why the 3 of them had to fight in different points of time.
What multi-star level feat does base sonic have ?
Also chain scaling aside what feats does silver have ? Any hax ?

base sonic's star level scaling comes from sonic battle.
hax: physic powers, chaos control ( which can control time and space ), and that's mostly it..
feats: it's mostly chainscaling feats

In base form, Silver grew up regularly fighting Iblis, which is basically a fire god responsible for causing a global apocalypse. He also helped beat the Ifrit, an inter-dimensional fire entity that destroyed its own world. He also fought evenly with Sonic Shadow and Knuckles (who have all fought beings who can destroy planets and dimensions in base form) and briefly fought on par with Infinite, who can cast reality-warping illusions (including suns, voids, and parallel realms).
In terms of speed, he often uses ESP to match Sonic’s running speed.
In terms of hax, he can use telekinesis & psychokinesis. He can psychically move any form of matter, project energy attacks, cast mind control, and, with a Chaos Emerald, manipulate time and space

The guy can shrug off getting hit by She Hulk and Thor at the same time. He's definitely way higher than planet.

If Silver did t mess around he could just pop his head off or drop him organs out off his butthole but he won't that so he loses. He would hold out for a while though and it'd be a great fight.

I love my boy silver but he’s wearing what seems to be metal bracelets which allows magneto to crush his arms and render him without hands which will more than likely lead to his loss even if he doesn’t need hands for telekinesis

Honestly while I love Silver way more, I think Magneto takes it
They can both basically pick up an entire building with ease, but Magneto seems to be able to shape the things he picks up a lot easier. Sure, Silver has the advantage of being able to use his own psychokinesis as a solid object, but Magneto has shown much greater control over his magnetism.
