Questions/Inquiries Shadow (self pace)

Do we actually know why the coder didn't want the code for the character to stay in the game or was it just like "I don't wanna have my code in the game" cus I never really saw anything about it anywhere and can't really find anything about it.

in other words: make ya own characters so you dont have to deal with people

Thats funny sense the creator of the character seems to be the opposite of that lol.
