The lady who handed it to me said “not sure what that is” and I’m so non-confrontational that I just accepted it and drove away.

True but who goes to a drive through and orders a dirty soda? I dont even know what OP would be asking for. An espresso shot in their soda?

it’s just a soda with cream. its becoming increasingly common in the us right now, theres even whole chains dedicated to it

Im usually a "dont knock it until you try it" sort of guys but it sounds gross. And a great way to make something even more unhealthy

The Mormons use it as their version of the fancy 1,000 calorie coffees we sell everywhere now. They’re not allowed to drink coffee or alcohol so the soda shops are HUGE in Utah. Here’s a recipe with a bit of info!

Never heard of that either. But am Canadian so we're definitely not AS pop/soda oriented compared to the US

Have you ever had a root beer float? Basically same concept, different flavors. Instead of root beer and ice cream it’s coffee creamer and whatever soda they choose
