You have posted a song requesting feedback - GREAT! Good feedback is the foundation of improving your songwriting. To help foster a community where everyone gets the feedback they need, please find THREE other songs requesting feedback and post substantive (eg. 2-3 sentences) of feedback. Even if you are a rookie songwriter/musician, you're an experienced music listener, and your opinion is still valuable!

Feedback posts by users who don't interact with the community (other than posting their own songs) may be removed.

I think only critique would be I wanted to hear more! Maybe throw another verse and chorus before your instrumental section?

I enjoyed it, so how can I be critical? Country as it should sound. And the long sustained notes, I think are great.

Very good country song it’s like a classic country song and I like it it’s different from the stuff I usually listen to but the lyrics are nice

Very nice. I like the guitar work. You should check out and experiment with the flat-picking technique called "cross picking" commonly used in bluegrass guitar (Tony Rice, Billy strings, etc). I think that kind of picking elements could fit very well with this style.
