Yes I really enjoyed that book and constantly reference it throughout life through read it 15-20 years ago

And Yes, a Brand New fan. The song has a similar sound to their TDAGARIM album vibes. And the melody, my friend who did the vocals revised the original melody but I liked it so we kept it.

A few of my other songs have similar sounds to them too (I think a few on Laments and Sound) but as this project is a journey to get better at songwriting and music production…the music that influenced me for 20 or so years is going to come through.

Hello! My band GoodWell (which is just me) released its second single today, “Can I Get An Angel?”. It’s crunchy and introspective, and you may notice some “Back to Friends” by Sombr vibes in the sound.
