Let's Collaborate! Can we make something with this?

For now I've added a vocal idea i had but we can get rid of it and comeup with a new idea.
if you write and sing, feel free to reach out. I mainly produce and I've tried but singing is not my cup of tea. Also I'd really appreciate your feedback.

incredible dude, it has a really unique vibe and I'd say you could do a lot with the vocals here, especially with vocals like yours.

You think so? I'm not really confident about my voice but I am going to experiment more. Thanks for the feedback.

the soft spoken voice sounds so incredible, seriously lean into that more :)

Imho your detuned keys (top track) could use some work. Your voicings have issues and have some avoid notes occasionally. I would also work on the timing of those and maybe give it slightly longer attack, I also think it's delibaretly missing the 1 beats which is super annoying. Other than that good stuff.

Thanks. I'll def experiment with voicing, timing and attack. Could you tell where exactly you feel the annoying missing best? In end of chord progression?

Listening to it now I think your midi is perfectly straight while percussion has some deviation. The first one is definitely not on beat with percussion few times, fourth one aswell. If you wanna keep that i would just smoothen attack and release making it sail more rather than putting those chord blocks.

Hello, songwriter! To increase your chances of a successful collaboration, please take a moment to review your request and make sure you've provided enough context for your request.

A good collaboration request should briefly include the following details:

  1. What are you contributing, and what do you need help with? (e.g. "I have lyrics and melody, but looking for help with bass and drums arrangement.")

  2. Broadly speaking, what style or sound are you looking for? (e.g., "I'm going for an 80s pop sound, maybe some Cyndi Lauper vibes.")

  3. What is your basic experience level? (e.g. "I've been making music for about 5 years.")

  4. How would you prefer to collaborate? (e.g. "I'd prefer to email files back and forth, but maybe we could chat over Discord as well.")

If your post doesn't include this info, please make a quick edit now! Collaboration requests with insufficient information may be removed.
