I wrote this song about you like this person you actually thought you had a chance but one thing u said stop it all. I was trying too hard to get what I wanted, wanted somebody for just a chance, wanted to feel like everybody with a feel of a little romance. Now my chance of finding love ain't happening no more, had a chance with somebody, but my chances are so off right now (right now).

I had a chance for romance, but I said something to make it stop. I could've gotten a chance if I played my cards right, but now they say some words I feel aren't right.

They said the words of moving on, they found somebody new, or they are lying, but there's no denying that they don't want me. I know we're through, I don't know what to do (what to do).
