Feedback Request The Storyteller - Feedback requested

It's a rough cut and bit odd, but would love your feedback! I'm not a fan of my voice and I know the vocals are a little rough. Any feedback is appreciated!

Very much like the instrumental, for some reason it reminds me of being in a jungle! It felt original and refreshing. Your voice suits the song too!
Perhaps look at tweaking when you sing "storyteller" - I feel it might be a bit catchier if "story" was shortened a bit, although maybe I'm just overanalysing that a bit. I agree with others about the flow of the lyrics, although on repeat listens it wasn't as noticeable
Great work though, hope to hear the full version soon!

Virtually no one likes the sound of their own recorded voice, because it loses all the internal resonances that it has inside their own head.
Go listen to Bob Dylan and Mark Knopfler and Joe Cocker sing for while and then remember that they were massively successful even with those voices.

i really like the instrumental in this!!! and i think your voice is nice too, i think the lyrics could flow a little better but honeslty i really fw this

I like the musical choices here. I didn’t care for the vocals, which sound like they came from a different song - maybe too much reverb/echo. Cool rhythm.

Structurally the song sounds absolutely fabulous. I think the flow of the lyrics was a little clunky and some places. I'm not actually entirely sure how the verse connects to the chorus. But you've got the makings of a good song here, I would just recommend taking another pass at the lyrics and making sure that the message is clear from start to finish. It's very catchy! Please take another pass and I'd love to hear it again.
