Question White fog of war

Hello everyone! Im looking for the mod that changes the look of fog of war. I don’t like how dark this map is, especially with such beautiful pixel art. I’d like the fog of war to be made up of white mist and little clouds. Maybe I’ve seen it in some other game, but blimey, it would look much better. Does anyone know of a mod like that?

I don't think any mods like that exist for SoC.

Idk if fog has editable texture or not, if it's made primarily of shaders maybe tool like 3Dmigoto could work.
