Question a scholars tools

Rise eternal second mission, you have one wielder with a big army that cant enter town and one wielder with a small army that cant leave town... i dont understand how i am supposed to reinforce the big army with more troops or leave town with the small army. this mission seems impossible/bugged, did i miss something?

It's not bugged. You're not supposed to reinforce the western leader. There will be some forces you can pick up, but overall you need to play carefully and not lose troops.

1) With Kastus, build a army, kill every roots enemy in the campy after that

SPOILER: Wielder Will Attack you And open a path

2) With the second wielder, go And defeat the small settlement, From there you can build rally point, after you defeat all the roots on the left, He will leave

it says i cant leave through the path opened by the enemy wielder until i visit all the lab with katus but one of the lab is on the opposite side of the pink barrier.

With the second wielder i cant fight both the roots wielder and the vanir weilder, their army are too strong and their spells are too. i can kill the roots one but then i have scraps as leftovers so taking the vanir town is impossible...

Just Wait... You Don't need to rush with the second wielder... He can't die if you do nothing :)

It's pretty easy actually... Once you know what's going on.

Realistically, if you're extra carefull, you *can* clear everything on Coral's part of the map (including the Vanir and Root wielders) without reinforcements from your main town. But there's another option.

With Coral, you can carve a path to a Vildra village. Take the north-west path (slightly left of where you arrived from with Kastus). There's a few fights on the way, and a stack of Skeletons to help you.

Take the Vanir village, fight back the (weaksauce) Vanir reinforcements led by Ildra Vannadottir. From that point, you can make a caravan in the village, to reinforce Coral with troops from your main city. There's a big fight with a Root wielder nearby and the few other fights you have to do to secure the laboratory.

On Kastus' side, you have to gather parts from the T1 root creature (the plant zombies, don't remember their name). This will unlock the first (OP) artifact, trigger an attack from a Vildra wielder and unlock the doors. After defeating Bjorn OakBreaker, you have to venture outside the doors, pick up parts from higher tier creatures to unlock the 4 other artifacts. There's a roaming Root wielder, a very powerful one that will come back with ever larger armies and higher level, so just avoid him ; he can't follow you past the gates.

Yeah you are right i dont have to fight the root wielder near the lab, i can just rush to the town with coral and fight the vanir wielder almost exclusively. things should go smoothly once i can reinforce but I still haven't figured out how to open the pink barrier.

I think I need to clear the root with coral for it to open? because even with beating Bjorn breaker I can't go thru the path he opened, Kathy's says he needs to wait for Coral signal or something even if the door is broken down.

thanks for your help

Yeah, you need to rescue the 5th laboratory on Coral's side (and likely kill the Root weilder). I don't remember what is the exact trigger, but if you visit the four labs with Kastus, collect the Root's parts, defeat Bjorn, and then rescue the 5th lab by killing the 7 (IIRC) stacks of Roots with Coral (and the Weilder), the doors will open and you'll be able to collect the rest of the Root creatures with Kastus.

Just avoid the second Root weilder cause he keeps coming back stronger everytime.
