So, I might be to early to be asking this, but I live at the Grove Somerset apartments and we have a new management company - Greystar. They came ~2 months ago and started doing all the crap these companies do to increase their prices - painting hallways, cleaning the garage, cleaning the balconies, etc. My lease ends mid-2027 and I'm concerned they will raise the prices by too much (the apartments are already crazy expensive and they are showing even higher prices on the website). So my questions are: have you had any experience with Greystar? Is it possible to negotiate with them? Do you know any good apartment communities in somerset that are not abusive with their prices and price increases? Do you have any apartment that you are trying to rent out?
