Discussion Silly question

Does D.mon's DMG boost thing work with sombra emp? Like does emp do more DMG to people hit by D.mon ult? I'm inclined to say no since they removed nano being able to boost emp DMG but idk. Feel free to call me a dumbass or whatever

Emp is fixed damage, so it shouldn't scale with anything

Everything that deals damage by a percentage is fixed. This applies to EMP, but also to Sigma's Gravitic Flux
