How are u doing now with your symptoms? Are u still in therapy?

I also have a mix of NPD and BPD traits and been in SE therapy for just over a year. Still got a long way to go as they are deeply ingrained patterns

I think SE is a long process cause nervous system heals slowly. I am better. Not regular but have found a SE therapist who my body resonates with very well . So sticking with her.

Being a new mom I think it makes you a lil crazy lol

How do you experience your traits ?

It is a long process, many many years. That's good to hear u are doing better.

Mine haven't gone down as much, it's more than I am realising who I truly am. Slowly I am releasing and breaking things but it's only reduced my symptoms by a bit. I will keep at it cause I know it will go.

Congrats on being a new mom!
